LP-116 GPS/北斗同步时钟模块融合多种模式的卫星导航体制的信号，同时可以选装多个不同厂家的GPS/北斗双模定位或授时模块（最多三个）；采用合理的融合算法获得比单一体制、单一定位模块更好的时间、频率性能。采用多个同频相移频率信号进行晶振的驯服，提高对晶振的控制精度。
提供良好的守时时频信号，在无法正常接收卫星信号的时候，产生递推的秒脉冲（1pps）和时间信号，以适应较短时间内信号丢失的情况。提供多种时间发布接口，满足多种外部应用接口。
调频和调相相结合的频率和1pps产生技术：
1pps时间信息是GPS驯服晶振输出10MHz信号经过10,000,000次分频后得到1pps信号和GPS/北斗模块产生的1pps的融合值，使得最终产生的1pps具有良好的短稳和长稳特性，采用调频和调相相结合的技术来进行频率的控制，保证频率准确性的同时，保证频率相位和1pps相位的一致性，这种特性特别适合于数字视频广播、CDMA等要求苛刻的领域。标准时间同步时钟GPS北斗同步时钟
