时间同步服务是系统核心服务，必须保证高可靠性，高安全性。时间同步服务配置高精度、高可靠的铷原子钟或恒温晶振守时系统，作为整个系统的母钟。 NTP网络时间服务器通过GPS北斗双模天线从卫星取得精准时间与秒脉冲， NTP网络内置高性能铷振荡器，守时精度达到1年3ms。TSM项目在机房部署两台NTP，为项目核心服务器及应用提供精确、可靠授时。
